Shipping policy

At Tea & Tales we do our best to handle your order with care and attention. Because we work with books, tea, honey and special gifts, we think it matters that everything is packed beautifully and safely before it sets off.

1. Processing of orders

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 working days. During busy periods, holidays or launches this can take a little longer. As soon as your order has been sent, you receive a confirmation by e-mail.

2. Delivery time

The expected delivery time within the Netherlands is usually 1 to 3 working days after your parcel has been sent. For orders to Belgium or other countries within Europe the delivery time can vary, depending on the carrier and the destination.

3. Shipping costs

The shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Any promotions, free shipping from a certain order amount or special conditions are stated on our website.

4. Packaging

We pack our products with a great deal of care, so that your order arrives safely and neatly. Tea, matcha and other delicate products are carefully protected during transport. For gift worthy items we pay extra attention to the presentation.

5. Track & trace

When your order is sent with track & trace, you receive an e-mail after dispatch with the details to follow your parcel.

6. Delays

Although we do our best to send every order on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays that arise at the carrier. If you have still not received your order after a reasonable period, please do contact us.

7. Incorrect address

Always check carefully that your delivery address has been filled in correctly. Tea & Tales is not responsible for delays or loss as a result of an address given incorrectly.

8. Damaged or lost parcel

Has your order arrived damaged or does your parcel seem to have gone missing? Then please contact us as soon as possible through the WhatsApp Business button at the bottom left of every page, so that we can look for a suitable solution together.

9. Returns

Would you like to return an order? You can read about the cooling off period, the conditions and the cost of a return shipment in our return policy. You register a return only through the return form on our website or through the WhatsApp Business button.
