What is Het ministerie van Oplossingen about?

The very first adventure of the Ministry of Solutions. Nina is an adventurous 11-year-old girl who doesn't like sitting still. Her father is a postman, and when one day he brings home a letter addressed to the mysterious Ministry of Solutions, of course it is just begging to be read. The letter is from 9-year-old Ruben, who is being bullied at school by mean Sophia and her friends. He hopes the ministry can help him sort it out. Nina then decides to help Ruben together with her best friend Alfa, since a ministry like that can't really exist. But thanks to Ruben and his ancient neighbour, they discover they are wrong: there really was a Ministry of Solutions. They can even help bring it back to life, as long as Sophia doesn't discover their secret…
