Het onzichtbare leven van Addie LaRue is a book by V.E. Schwab. This Dutch edition is a hardback of 576 pages.

What is Het onzichtbare leven van Addie LaRue about?

France, 1714. When Adeline LaRue is married off, she begs for more time and a life of freedom. Her wish is granted, but at a terrible price. Addie will live forever, and is doomed to be forgotten by everyone she meets. Even her parents forget their daughter instantly and chase her out of their house.

Uprooted and alone, Addie begins an enchanting adventure that spans centuries and continents. From the eighteenth-century salons of Paris to the streets of modern New York: Addie learns to survive everywhere. But while her contemporaries go down in the history books, Addie lives on unnoticed. Day after day, year after year.

Until one day she walks into a bookshop and someone recognises her for the first time in three hundred years…

Tea & Tales is a bookshop and tea house on the Van Oldenbarneveltstraat 142A in Rotterdam. Het onzichtbare leven van Addie LaRue is on the shelf here and can be ordered online.

How our reviews work

After an order or an event you get an email with your own link. A review left through that link gets the Verified buyer label. Readers in our app can rate a book too. They only get that label if they bought the book from us. We read every text before it goes online. We only remove swearing, personal details and spam. We show positive and negative reviews alike. The score is the average of all stars.
