Reckless is a book by Lauren Roberts. This Dutch edition is a paperback of 388 pages.

What is Reckless about?

Paedyn Gray has caused an uproar in Ilya. In a kingdom full of Elites, she, a perfectly ordinary girl, survived the Purging Trials and killed the king. Now she is on the run from the person in whose arms she actually wants to disappear: Kai Azer.

Kai Azer is Ilya's new Enforcer and works on the orders of his brother Kitt, the new king. And Kitt wants to make Paedyn pay for her crime. Kai gives chase and ends up in the hostile city of Tando. There, the hunter may well become the hunted, and the battle between duty and desire could be deadly…

When twenty-year-old Lauren Roberts isn't writing about fantasy worlds and forbidden love, she is in bed with a book reading about them. Lauren has lived in Michigan all her life. She loves to knit, but she also adores laser tag, lazing in a hammock and doing word searches.

Tea & Tales is a bookshop and tea house on the Van Oldenbarneveltstraat 142A in Rotterdam. Reckless is on the shelf here and can be ordered online.

How our reviews work

After an order or an event you get an email with your own link. A review left through that link gets the Verified buyer label. Readers in our app can rate a book too. They only get that label if they bought the book from us. We read every text before it goes online. We only remove swearing, personal details and spam. We show positive and negative reviews alike. The score is the average of all stars.
