Twisted Games

A bodyguard with iron rules and the princess he is meant to protect.

Twisted Games by Ana Huang is book 2 in the Twisted series and follows Rhys Larsen, an elite bodyguard who never breaks his own rules, and Bridget von Ascheberg, a princess being groomed for the throne. She struggles with everything duty asks of her; he is supposed to stay invisible. But the longer they are around each other, the harder that becomes, and what they feel could cost them both dearly.

An addictive romance for adult readers: it contains explicit scenes, so think 18+. You can read it as a standalone, but it is even better if you started with Twisted Love. Expect forbidden longing, a protector who keeps a brave face and exactly the kind of tension this series became famous for on social media. This is the English edition with a glossy cover and sprayed edges, just the version that looks great on a shelf full of colourful romantasy and contemporary romance.
