Hibiscus: The Scarlet Infusion 85g

A royal garden in the heart of a midsummer night. As soon as the hot water touches the dried blossoms, your mug turns a deep ruby red. A garden in full bloom, in a single cup.

There is only hibiscus in it, and nothing more is needed. The flavour is pronounced, fresh and fruity-tart, with a tingling edge. There are no tea leaves in it, so it is caffeine-free. Hot, it is lovely on a chilly evening, and ice-cold on a lazy summer day. It comes in an 85 gram tin with a double lid.

How to brew

For 1 cup (approx. 220 ml): 3 to 4 g
For 1 litre: 13 to 18 g
Steeping time: 5 to 10 minutes
Water temperature: 100°C
