Bacanha organic caramel syrup 400 ml
Caramel is deep, full and velvet soft: the flavour of creamy milk caramel, not of burnt sugar. The smell alone brings to mind handmade sweets. Together with vanilla the most used syrup behind an espresso machine, and not without reason.
In coffee
The caramel latte or macchiato: two pumps in the cup before the milk. In an iced coffee it mixes in straight away, where sugar stays lying on the bottom.
In tea
A dash in black tea with milk, or in a rooibos. Caramel and rooibos strengthen each other's sweet, woody note.
Baking
Through batter, over ice cream or warm desserts, or as the base for a caramel sauce.
