Bacanha organic almond syrup 400 ml
Almond leans towards marzipan, but finer and less sweet. Warm, creamy and with a soft nutty depth that goes well with milk. It is the syrup that nudges an ordinary coffee in an orgeat-like direction without making it heavy.
In coffee
One to two pumps in a latte or cappuccino, and particularly good in coffee with almond milk.
In tea
A dash in black tea with milk, or in a cold oolong. Almond and vanilla together make a simple tea feel like a dessert straight away.
Baking
Replaces almond extract in batter, frangipane and desserts. Also good in a cocktail in place of orgeat.
